Found this on NPR, take a listen if you have the chance. It outlines how the war in Iraq started, and how the Bush administration used incredibly bad intelligence, forged documents, and unreliable informants as a basis for going to war with Iraq, even though (in the case of the Uranium enrichment and aluminum tubes, for examle) experts were pointing out the flaws with the intelligence or reasoning (and the American media ignored them).
